By this policy statement, our agency affirms our commitment to giving our clients quality service in the following areas: |

Recruitment |
|
When recruiting from abroad, we are governed by the Ministry Of Manpower (MOM) guidelines which, among other things, stipulate that the applicant shall be: |

a. within the ages of 18 and 40 b. from approved source of countries c. medically fit for work |

Guarantee |
|
In addition we guarantee that if any overseas recruit is subsequently not certified to be medically fit to work, we will repatriate the worker at our own expense and a furnish a replacement at no cost to the clients. |

Replacement |
|
If during the first three months of employment, our clients find the worker he/she has hired is not suitable, we shall offer our clients a replacement at a reduced cost as stipulated in the Service Agreement. |

Advertisement |
|
We subscribe to the principle of truth in advertising |
|
a. We do not engage in bait and switch tactic |
|
b. We honor what we advertise |
|
c. We shall refrain from making racist or derogatory references with regards to the candidates in our advertisements. |

Documentation Procedure |
|
Prior to submitting an application for a Work Permit, we will properly identify the candidate so that our client will have no doubt that the applicant is in respect of the selected candidate. |

Client Confidentiality |
|
a. We shall ask for information about our client only if it is required for the purpose of applying for a work permit and will not divulge the information acquired to an unauthorized person. b. We are committed to respect our client’s need for confidentiality of information given to us. |

Orientation |
|
Before a worker commences work, we shall give him/her an orientation to minimize any problem arising from cultural shock using: |

a. Our in-house Dos and Don’ts List b. MOM’s video Guide c. MOM’s handbook for foreign workers |
 |
Basic Training |
|
While we are not in the business of training the foreign workers, we will specify to our recruiters the basic skills required of the candidates as a Foreign Worker at their respective industries. |
 |
After-Sales Service |
|
After the foreign worker has commenced work, we will provide counseling service to help mediate any dispute or resolve any grievances that may arise. |

Code of Ethics

In matters that cannot be easily quantifiable, we shall be guided by the Code of Ethics. We affirm our commitment to the Policy Statement. |
